MediaValet is great for its category dividing function and quick search option. The category dividing allows for an 'index of topics' that makes it easy for someone with not much knowledge to click on a topic and access all relevant document uploads.

The first thing I like the most about MediaValet is that it’s searching is actually good. You can search for assets by keyword, file type, date, file name, etc. It’s easy to combine multiple search criteria to find exactly the file and version you’re looking for. Other DAM Platforms have limited Public Portals and users, Media Valet has unlimited, and that was a major advantage over the others, let alone the cost differential.
